iTunes And A Good Run

Being on leave is great. I got a lot of work done today rebuilding my iTunes library. We had some computer issues and ended up having to buy a new one. So now I'm having to rebuild my extensive library. It was a good thing that I had kept all the files on an external hard drive. So now it is just a matter of loading the files back into iTunes. Took a break from the computer this afternoon and went on a 7.76 mile run which felt great. The nikeplus.com website now has a thing called "My Nike+ Mini" which is pretty cute. I made my mini and put it as a screensaver on the new computer.

If you aren't from the South, then you probably haven't heard of this band. I used to go watch them in a small club called The 40 Watt when I lived in Athens, GA back around 1988. They are one of my favorites. Click on band's name to check them out. Try the "SMOKE" video first...it's a rocker.
